How long are your contracts?

Our contracts require a minimum 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 month term, the agreement can continue on a rolling 3, 6, or 12 month term as required.

Can we alter our implementation?

Yes, your implementation can be adjusted to meet changing business requirements and contracts can be adjusted accordingly. Downgrades are possible after the minimum term has expired.

Is there an onboarding cost?

Each subscription package includes an onboarding time credit. Additional time can be purchased for complex implementations. Our goal is to onboard customers quickly and smoothly, though complex integrations may require extra time.

How is customisation charged?

Customisation is charged as a regular development service. We scope the requirements and provide a cost estimate to complete the work.
