Use case and feature selection
The first step in our onboarding process is use case and feature selection. This step is designed to ensure that each customer receives a tailored solution that perfectly aligns with their unique business needs. We work closely with you to understand your specific requirements and guide you through the selection process.
During this step we will assist in identifying the key use cases and features that will provide the most value. Whether you need a standalone system for internal order management, a customer portal for direct order entry, ERP integration for seamless data synchronisation, or front-end integration with platforms such as WooCommerce, MYOB, Xero, or Shopify, we will help you choose the best options.
By carefully selecting the right use cases and features, we lay the foundation for a successful implementation, setting the stage for a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Systems integration
In the next step of our onboarding process, we focus on integrating any external systems using REST APIs. This includes both front-end systems, such as websites and mobile applications, and back-end systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms. Our goal is to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between our platform and your existing systems.
During this stage, we may need to undertake a data mapping exercise to align data structures between the systems. This involves identifying the data fields in each system, determining how they correspond, and configuring the integration to ensure accurate data transfer. We will handle the complexities of this process, ensuring that all data is correctly mapped and synchronised.
While REST APIs are our preferred means of integration, we have also utilised other methods, including direct database access, file transfer, email, and third-party solutions like Zapier.
Data import
The third step in our onboarding process is assisting with data import and synchronisation. This activity ensures that all necessary data is accurately transferred into the system, providing a solid foundation for efficient order management.
For standalone systems, data import can be performed from existing databases or via CSV files. We will work with you to identify the data sources, discuss any transformational actions required, and set up the import process. This ensures that all relevant information, such as customer data, product details, and user information, is integrated into the platform.
In cases where ERP synchronisation is enabled, we facilitate the integration through APIs. This process may involve mapping data between the two systems to ensure compatibility and accuracy. We will discuss the data sources, identify any necessary transformations, and configure the synchronisation process to ensure a smooth data flow with the ERP.
Branding and personalisation
In the last step of our onboarding process, we focus on branding and personalisation to ensure the system reflects your company's identity. This includes customising logos, color themes, contact details, and terms and conditions related to orders
